What Tickets Can I Get?
You can choose either a Leicester Flexi Ticket for most bus operators in Leicester (see HERE and zone map HERE) or the Arriva Leicester Zone Plus ticket (see map HERE).
How Will my Ticket Be Sent?
All tickets will be provided as an e-ticket that needs to be activated on the Arriva smartphone app (details HERE). If you choose to receive a flexi-ticket, you can use this on other services, such as Centrebus, even though it's on the Arriva app.
Important: You must use the same email address and mobile phone number on your Arriva account as entered on your application.
How Long Will it Take to Receive my Ticket?
Please allow 10 working days to receive your ticket. If you do not meet the qualifying criteria, your application will be declined.
